Small maintenance update.

Anthropic have dropped the 5 hour usage limit for Ultra accounts (formerly Max 20). I mistakenly thought this limit was dropped for all accounts and removed the 5 hour usage limit in 1.3.0.

1.3.1 reverses that, instead just making the 5 hour limit optional dependant on what the API returns.
